I’m Nikolina (Nina) Lelovic. My background spans data engineering, data science, and cloud migration, across finance, energy, telecom, and public programs. The through‑line is simple: make data useful, durable, and easy for teams to own.
I’ve built pipelines and models across major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern data warehouse/lakehouse environments, and I develop analytics in Python and SQL. Recent work includes public‑sector reporting and traceability with USDA Food for Progress and pipeline support for 211 LA. Earlier in my career I held senior roles at Brighthouse Financial, Barings, Bank of America, Ally, and Duke Energy.
I also have extensive data science experience and AI implementation — designing and validating models, integrating them into products and workflows, and putting the monitoring and safeguards in place so they’re dependable in practice.
My approach is straightforward: keep pipelines stable, name things clearly, measure honestly, and document as we go so people don’t have to guess. I care about good communication and respect for whoever inherits the system.
